About the role : We are looking for a motivated and skilled Warehouse Manager to lead our clients warehouse operations in Townsville. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, overseeing logistics, and ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day warehouse activities. This role requires strong leadership abilities, exceptional organizational skills, and a keen attention to detail. Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching products.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize stockouts.
- Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes to maximize productivity and minimize costs.
- Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff to achieve operational goals.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and logistics, to coordinate warehouse activities.
- Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
