We are awaiting the results of the New Specialist Disability Employment Program (NSDEP) tender, which can potentially create a range of new employment opportunities across our QLD Offices.

We are looking to fill the below positions across our Mylestones Employment Offices :

• Marketing Officer - undertake marketing, employer engagement, and individualised client engagement activities with the goal of placing people with disability into sustainable long-term employment.
• Intake Officer - Coordinate and complete all participant intakes within designated Employment Service Areas with the aim of

providing people with disabilities a pathway to open employment

• Support Officer - undertake individualised client engagement activities to support people with disability to maintain sustainable long-term employment, including on the job support where required and in consultation with clients and employers
• Client Coordinator - oversee a team of employment services staff to assist clients journey from intake to employment / program exit, supporting staff to perform individualised employment preparation, job search, marketing, and placement of people with disability into sustainable long term employment.

What would I need to be considered?

• Adaptability : The ability to thrive in dynamic environments and work effectively with various stakeholders.
• Strong Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, employers, and colleagues.
• Organisational Skills : Strong organisational and time management abilities to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

You will require a valid C class driving license. You will also need a blue card and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance to start (we can help).
