Job descriptionProvide therapy services—assessment, treatment, and interventions—in various settings. Contribute to care plans and evaluate patient responses. Document patient progress and ongoing needs. Educate patients and families on tasks and resources for independence. Offer in-service training and assist with student programs. Support cost-effective care delivery. Report complaints, grievances, and incidents of resident abuse immediately. Supervise occupational therapy assistants as per state law. Travel to other locations or home health as needed. Comply with resident rights policies. Maintain professional competencies. Participate in survey activities. Perform other duties as assigned.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Job Summary : Responsible for delivering comprehensive occupational therapy services, including assessment, treatment planning, and interventions within an interdisciplinary environment, aligned with professional standards and ethics. Accountable for program development, quality improvement, and performance enhancement.
Roles and Responsibilities :
Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree, 0-1 years experience.
Licenses and Certifications : Valid state license, current CPR certification preferred.
Physical Requirements : Ability to perform physical activities including lifting at least 50lbs and mobility tasks. Effective communication skills are required.
