THE ROLE
As a Site Manager for this company, you will report to and work with a supportive Construction Manager. The ideal person will have experience with :
- All aspects of general building to lead and manage a team of qualified subcontractors
- Managing day-to-day construction process, making sure that quality, time, and budget are not compromised
- Maintaining clear and effective communication with clients
- Ensuring that client contracts, schedules, and plans are completed on time and within a budget to produce completed projects, ready for handover
- Complying with all OHS / WHS regulations at all times
- Inspecting completed work to ensure a high standard of quality workmanship
