Job Description

This permanent, part-time opportunity offers flexibility to work from home for your admin hours between service times. You'll be supported every step of the way by a Mentor and Regional Manager, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive in your role.

Service Location : Dingley, VIC

You’ll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday :

Before School Care : 7 : 00am to 9 : 00am

After School Care : 2 : 30pm to 6 : 00pm

Admin Hours : 5

What is a Director of Service, you may ask?

As a Director of Service (commonly known as a Coordinator), you'll lead a team to create a safe, fun, and compliant program, plan engaging activities, supervise children, and build strong relationships with the school and community while managing your service.

Innovation : Enjoy creative freedom to plan and deliver enriching experiences every day.

Genuine : Foster genuine relationships with children and their families.

Fun : Lead and roster a passionate team of educators.

Remarkable : Manage service compliance and medical documentation.

The Successful Candidate :

You're a natural leader with a passion for teaching children.

Thrives in a fast-paced environment and still a big kid at heart!

Confident communicator with children, parents, team members, and school principals.

Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.

Passionate about creating enriching experiences for primary-aged children.

Energetic, enthusiastic, and love to have FUN!
