• Experience working as a Salesforce administrator. Providing hands-on technical support and implementation of new modules and enhancements.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce development, including APEX, Flows, LWC, OmniScripts and platform configuration.
• Proven experience managing environments, production releases and ensuring seamless deployments.
• Hands-on experience implementing Salesforce Shield features, including Field Audit Trail Event Monitoring, and Platform Security
• Demonstrated experience utilising Agile, Software Development Lifecycle and / or Project Management methodologies
