We are seeking a part time Nurse Practitioner who can work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team with a commitment to workplace initiatives to deliver safe efficient and highquality care to patients. Thsi role is permanent part time 0.4FTE wiht shifts Monday and Tuesday 7 : 30am 3 : 30pm weekly.

As a Nurse Practitioner youll make a positive impact by :

• Assisting with patient assessment treatment and management including referrals to other healthcare professionals
• Prescribingmedications vaccinations and order diagnostic investigations
• Providing clinical leadership to improve care policy and collaboration across all health levels
• Applying advanced knowledge and autonomy in both stable and complex situations
• Participatingin quality improvement activities including clinical reviews health surveillance and auditing
