About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales and Marketing Manager to drive brand awareness, customer growth, and revenue across our retail and wholesale business channels. This senior leadership role is responsible for developing and implementing integrated sales and marketing strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives. This role plays a critical part in strengthening our brand presences, expanding our customer base, and supporting sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1.Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
2.Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities, including wholesale, retails and strategic partnerships.
3.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform pricing strategies, promotional planning, and product positioning.
4.Plan and execute brand, digital, and local marketing campaigns to enhance visibility and customer engagement.
5.Manage social media, digital marketing initiatives, and promotional content in alignment with brand identity.
6.Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
7.Monitor sales performance and marketing effectiveness, providing regular reports and strategic recommendations.
8.Coordinate and, where required, supervise sales and marketing resources or external agencies.
Requirements
1.Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in a sales, marketing or business development management.
2.Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans that drive revenue growth, contract acquisition and long-term client retention.
3.Strong leadership and people management capabilities, with demonstrated experience leading and managing multidisciplinary sales and marketing teams.
4.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with ability to clearly articulate service value propositions, pricing models, compliances standards and service outcomes to corporate clients.
5.Demonstrated experience in market analysis, tender management, pipeline reporting and data-driven performance evaluation, using KPIs to support strategic decision-making.
6.Highly self-motivated and results-oriented, with ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with operations, site management and external partners.
