As a qualified Occupational Therapist at Plena Healthcare, you will be part of a dynamic, collaborative multidisciplinary team that is dedicated to providing personalised, high-quality treatments for our residents.
Be a part of something truly innovative! Our Plena Care Pathway is designed to empower therapists like you to create customised therapy programs tailored to each resident's goals and needs. You’ll deliver evidence-based mobility and functional programs, perform care plan reviews, provide one-on-one therapy interventions, and lead group-based active aging services.
Your Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct thorough assessments and provide clinical recommendations to support residents in activities of daily living, mobility, transfers, falls risk prevention, equipment needs, pressure area care, joint management, and pain management.
- Adapt your approach to meet the evolving needs of the facility and work within the scope of the Occupational Therapy profession to ensure the best outcomes for our residents.
