The Role
We are seeking a Front Office Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our park. Your duties include but are not limited to :
- Providing a high standard of customer service
- Processing guest check-ins and outs
- Accurately using the park booking system to make reservations and manage accounts
- Coordinate with the Housekeeping team to track readiness of accommodation
- Supply guests' information regarding property and local areas of interest
- Completing the day-to-day office administration
- Maintain excellent relationships with the park teams, residents and guests
