At Plena Healthcare, we are a national allied health provider with over 20 years of experience in the Aged Care, Community, and Disability sectors. Our team of physiotherapists, occupational therapists, podiatrists, speech pathologists, and dietitians are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of those we serve.
The Opportunity :
As a Podiatrist at Plena Healthcare, you’ll provide assessments and treatments in the residential aged care setting, across a permanent 6-week roster. Providing consistency and continuity, working with a range of clients in aged care facilities and communities. Your role will include developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, families, staff, and other healthcare professionals, while applying best practice in routine disease and wound care management.
Whether you’re a new graduate or an experienced podiatrist, we’ll tailor the opportunity to suit your skills and expertise.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct thorough podiatry assessments and diagnoses
- Develop, implement, and review treatment plans
- Apply best practice in disease and wound care management
- Foster strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare teams
- Provide ongoing support and education to clients in their care journey
