About the Role

As a Banking Consultant, your role is to provide our customers with a seamless branch experience by meeting each customer’s end-to-end banking needs across transaction activities, needs-based conversations and educating them on digital solutions. You will be part of a collaborative team and will act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience.

Role Location :   Shop G-G Cavill Lane Surfers Paradise Boulevard, Gold Coast QLD

Work Hours :

Monday : 09 : 15 AM - 04 : 15 PM (30 minute break) = 6.50 hours

Tuesday : 09 : 15 AM - 04 : 15 PM (30 minute break) = 6.50 hours

Wednesday : 09 : 30 AM - 04 : 00 PM (30 minute break) = 6.00 hours

Thursday : 09 : 15 AM - 04 : 15 PM (30 minute break) = 6.50 hours

Friday : 09 : 15 AM - 04 : 15 PM (30 minute break) = 6.50 hours

Saturday : Not Rostered

Sunday : Not Rostered

Total Weekly Rostered Hours : 32.00 hours

What will your day look like?

As a Banking Consultant, you will have the opportunity to :

• Provide our customers with a seamless branch experience by meeting each customer’s end-to-end banking needs across transaction activities, needs-based conversations and educating them on digital solutions,
• Be part of a collaborative team and act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience,
• Contribute to a significant uplift in customer engagement and advocacy, and create real customer value,
• Actively participate in and support bank programs and initiatives,
• Take responsibility to ‘know your customer’ from a risk perspective, and
• Ensure compliance with ANZ and branch policies and procedures.
