About the role
Ensures that enterprise business services and information solutions are adequately supported through the coordination of a customer focused and efficient service desk.
To be successful in this role you will ideally have experience leading a team of Service Desk and Desktop support staff and asset management. Ideally would come from an ICT service desk background; with a focus on best value, have strong consultancy skills and substantial functional knowledge in the areas of service desk and desktop support. Will be required to work with other teams (Infrastructure and Applications) to deliver support and solutions.
