The Opportunity
In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in supporting our Pre Masters Program, providing exceptional administrative assistance and fostering a welcoming environment for students. As a Program Administration Coordinator, you will develop and respond to student administrative enquiries, act as a liaison between UNSW College and UNSW support teams and manage course variations and attendance procedures. We offer a collaborative and supportive work environment with opportunities to make a real impact on students' educational journeys. You will work as part of the large and collaborative Student and Program Administration Team, where professional development is supported and questions are always welcomed.
Key Qualities of the successful candidate
- Relevant degree and experience or equivalent competency gained through other education, training or experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to form and maintain effective relationships with different stakeholders
- Excellent ability to problem-solve
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of competency in information systems and technology
- Experience working with international students or students with English as a foreign language is highly desirable
- A CV detailing your qualifications and experience.
