Opportunity exists for an Administration Assistant to join our expanding Hire Room as a Hire Administrator, this integral part of the team will provide support with administrative and data management tasks. This is an office based role working on a full time basis, Monday to Friday 7 am - 5 pm at our Crestmead branch. Daily tasks will include; Providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to both internal and external stakeholders. Assisting with Transport and order allocation. Assisting with processing customer orders, hire estimates, off hires, and invoices. Following up on account queries. Providing additional support to the General Manager and Sales Team as required. The successful candidate will be an individual who will honour our core values of People, Safety, Respect, Communication and Continuous Improvement - in addition to this they will have : Experience in a similar role is desired, applicants with industry experience or call center experience will be highly regarded. Advanced computer skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work autonomously as well as a part of a team, Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A positive, can-do attitude. A desire to learn and the motivation to succeed.
