Our Client is a thriving hospitality group located in the heart of cosmopolitan St Kilda. With a 38-room boutique hotel, a dining room offering mesmerising bay views, a public bar on Fitzroy St, and one of Melbourne's most sought-after wedding and event spaces, they are also known for being one of Melbourne's most iconic live music venues.
- About The Opportunity
- Processing the end-to-end weekly payroll with accuracy and efficiency
- Facilitating smooth onboarding processes for new employees
- Being the first point of contact for employee, payroll and supplier inquiries
- Coordinate workflow in invoice management system
- Review and approve employee timesheets
- Supporting managers in the recruitment process
- About You
- 2+ years of experience as a P&C Administrator or related role
- High-level written and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and maintain relationships with people from diverse backgrounds
- Strong organisational, planning, and time management skills
- Willingness to learn, show initiative, and adapt to a changing environment
- Experience with payroll processing and HR systems
- Experience with Xero and Light Year invoice management (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
