This is an exciting opportunity for emerging development professionals to work in a high-performing team delivering outcomes that will benefit the Victorian community both now and in the future.
Reporting to the Senior Development Manager, the Assistant Development Manager plays a vital role in supporting the broader team. Your key responsibilities will include :
- Assist with the collation of due diligence material for new project opportunities.
- Assist with the preparation of detailed feasibility studies to analyse the financial performance of potential and current opportunities.
- Work with the broader team to identify potential risk factors and opportunities.
- Assist with preparation of internal and external reporting.
- Assist with consultant procurements, progress claim assessment and processing.
