Lead the way : As the Assistant Store Manager, you'll be the shining light guiding our team, fostering a fun and supportive work environment.
Fragrance Fanatic : Immerse yourself in the enchanting world of scents, candles, and all things cozy.
Scent-sational Sales : Embrace your inner sales ninja and help customers find the perfect scent for every occasion.
Light Bulb Moments : Collaborate with the Store Manager to brainstorm bright ideas and innovative strategies.

Responsibilities :

Keep the Flame Alive : Assisting in the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring it's a warm and inviting space for all.

Spark Customer Connections : Engage with customers, build relationships, and understand their needs to provide personalised recommendations.

Illuminating Inventory : Manage stock levels, restocking shelves, and keeping our fragrances readily available.

Team Glow-up : Motivate and support the store team, creating a positive and inclusive atmosphere.

Candle Caretaker : Ensure a safe and clean store environment, so everyone can breathe easy.

About you :

Passionate about candles and scents : You know your lavender from your vanilla, and you can spot a soy candle from a mile away.

Retail experience : Previous experience in a retail or customer service role would be a glowing advantage.

Leadership Glow : You're a natural-born leader with the ability to inspire and encourage others to shine.

Flexibility : You're comfortable working evenings, weekends, and during special events (we promise, they'll be a blast!).
