Description
The Administration Officer is based at the Macquarie Regional Library (MRL) Regional Office in Dubbo, and provides accurate, efficient, timely and effective administrative support services for the MRL service.
Duties and Key Responsibilities
- Reconciliation of the branch libraries petty cash and till floats
- Collation of timesheets and leave forms
- Collation of scheduled reports and statistics
- Undertaking of the branch libraries weekly delivery boxes process
- Assist in any other administration matters, as requested and directed by the Manager MRL
