• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and facilitate workshops to gather requirements for BI solutions
• Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring BI solutions align with business objectives and strategy
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models to support decision-making
• Build data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure data quality and integrity
• Conduct data analysis to uncover trends, insights, and opportunities for process optimization
• Work with IT and data engineering teams to improve data infrastructure and governance
• Lead Power BI training sessions and develop materials to enhance data literacy across the organization
• Provide ongoing user support, troubleshooting issues and optimizing BI solutions What Type of Person Will SucceedWe're looking for a skilled data storyteller with technical expertise and exceptional people skills. You'll thrive in this role if you have :
• 5+ years of experience in BI or Data Analytics with expertise in Power BI (DAX, data modeling, visualization)
• Strong SQL and ETL development skills, with knowledge of cloud platforms like Azure and Fabric
• Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions
• Experience delivering Power BI training and creating user enablement initiatives
• Strong understanding of data governance, quality frameworks, and analytics best practices
