WHO YOU ARE

You are a motivated and enthusiastic cook, passionate about food and dedicated to maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and service in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Assist in preparing mise en place to ensure a smooth kitchen operation.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across all work areas.
  • Adhere to stock rotation procedures, ensuring freshness and reducing waste.
  • Support the kitchen team during peak hours to ensure timely service.
  • Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, reporting any issues to the Executive Chef.
  • Receive, unpack, and store deliveries in line with food safety standards.
  • Follow food safety protocols, ensuring all food handling meets legal requirements.
  • Assist in inventory management, including stock checks and ordering.
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Participate in kitchen briefings and contribute to continuous operational improvements.
