Our client is a leading IT services provider and are seeking experienced Onsite Phone Technicians to join their team for projects across Sydney Metro and Regional NSW.
Location : Sydney Metro and Regional NSW (some travel required)
As a dedicated professional in the field, you will play a crucial role in assisting and updating Android phones at various aged care facility sites, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
The Role :
- Proven experience in enrolling mobile devices into MDM solution (e.g. Intune / Knox)
- Utilize your knowledge in the setting up of Android devices
- Efficiently migrate and backup of data to the cloud and download required applications
- Install and configure software application
- Provide exceptional customer service in technical support to ensure optimal handset functionality.
