We are looking for Homecare workers to join our lovely community team -

Casual and Part-time positions available.

St. Basil’s Homes NSW & ACT is an activity of the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of Australia and was established specifically to provide care and lifestyle options to ageing Australians.

At St. Basil’s, we think of our consumers as our family. We foster a culture of inclusion and respect and take great pride in delivering person-centred care to our consumers through lifestyle quality and choice, accommodation, and clinical and nursing services.

About the role :

St Basil’s Community provides individually tailored in home support services to enhance the quality of life for our clients and their families.

Currently we have several casual and part time positions available within our Community team for Inner West, South East and Eastern Sydney Areas.

You will provide support to our clients in their home, which may include personal care, domestic assistance, shopping, transport, social support, and respite care.

Essential Criteria :

Current Driver’s Licence.

Right to work in Australia

Available to work 2 or more days per week

Desirable Criteria : Greek speaking

Certificate III in Aged Care, Home and Community Care or relevant experience

Current First Aid Certificate and CPR

Experience working in Home Care / Aged Care / disability industry is highly desirable
