The opportunity

The Policy Manager will lead the development and implementationof policies across Warrigal, ensuring they align with legislativerequirements and best practices. This role involves creating acomprehensive policy framework, simplifying access to policies, andproducing clear and effective policy documentation. The PolicyManager will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure policiesare relevant, compliant, and effective, while continuouslymonitoring their impact.

The role also requires staying informed about emerging trends,legislative changes, and industry best practices to guide policydecisions. Additionally, the Policy Manager will provide strategicadvice to senior leaders, represent Warrigal in policy forums, andfoster collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.This position offers the opportunity to shape theorganisation’s policy landscape and contribute to its ongoingsuccess.
