About the Role

As a Sales Associate / Bike Mechanic (AllRounder) youre a key part of the instore experienceoffering outstanding service reaching sales goals and helping across all areas of the store including merchandising stock management and bike mechanic experience.

Sales & Hospitality

• Use our Guide Sales Process to connect customers with the right bikes gear and services.
• Achieve individual monthly and annual sales targets$400000 per fiscal year for fulltime roles.
• Develop your sales and customer service skills through training roleplaying and onthejob experience.
• Follow up on quotes and lead lists to drive customer conversion.
• Participate in daily huddles and debriefs to stay aligned with the team.
• Make customerfocused decisions to provide a positive memorable experience.
• Respond to store phone and email inquiries with professionalism.
• Assist with UBG / Warranty cases by facilitating exchanges and communicating with Inventory DRI
