We’re looking for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to support our Gold Coast based warehouse. The Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating and maintaining warehouse operations, overseeing strategic warehouse growth projects, including review and implementation of improved safety systems and processes. This role is suited to a leader who can balance people management, daily operational demands, and accountability for results. You’ll be on the floor, visible, supportive, and leading by example.
Coordinate, oversee, and supervise inbound and outbound afternoon operations and staff.
Maintain accurate documentation - pallets, freight, consignment notes, dangerous goods, and transport paperwork.
Ensure stock accuracy through stocktakes, cycle counts and regular checks.
Ensure policies and procedures are adhered to, including safety, chain of responsibility and housekeeping standards.
Lead by example, guide teams to our quality-first approach to warehousing.
3+ years’ experience in warehouse or transport operations.
Prior experience in a management or supervisory role.
Experience managing processes within a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Great communicator with a practical, solution focused mindset.
Chain of Responsibility understanding.
Certificate III in Warehouse and Logistics or related disciplinewould be beneficial.
