Job descriptionProviding ongoing therapy to adolescent and adult clients. Establishing and maintaining good relationships with referring doctors and allied health practitioners to promote client-centred care. Maintain accurate case notes, manage client files, and uphold all legal and ethical standards in your practice. Our client is a well-established specialised practice who are seeking a Psychologist to treat clients who are stepping down from Eating Disorder treatment, or have comorbid presentations that need to be treated alongside an Eating Disorder.
Whilst this is a specialised clinic, there is no expectation to treat Eating Disorders. However, there is ample support and training available for clinicians who are interested in learning how to treat these presentations.
Key Benefits :
- Remuneration : Benefit from a flexible contracting agreement with a minimum take-home of $176 per session.
- Admin Support : Dedicated admin team and practice manager on-site 7.30am - 4pm to support with intake, rescheduling, billing and cancellations so that you can focus on your clinical work.
- Location : Located in the Eastern CBD a mere 15 minute walk from green spaces, and in the heart of a busy district of cafes, yoga studios and restaurants! Parking is available for clinicians on-site.
- Instant Caseload : The services of this practice are in high demand with a long waiting list, so you can step into a full diary straight away.
- Professional Development : Supervision on offer from the two clinic directors, alongside an extensive network of professionals.
- Team Culture : Enjoy the clinical autonomy and flexibility that contracting allows whilst being part of a collaborative team of Psychologists and Dietitians, with the option to come together at lunchtime to unwind and socialise if desired.
