Australian Community MediaSpringwood, NSW, AUWe are seeking a proactive journalist to join The Senior's editorial team, producing general news and lifestyle stories suited to mature Australians, as well as content for themed advertising features. The successful applicant will gather, write and self-edit news stories and features for publication for online and in print for a national / state-based audience.
What you'll be doing :
- Work closely with the editor to produce informative, interesting and engaging content for print and online;
- Maintain editorial integrity and independence while meeting customer expectations for high quality, relevant and engaging content;
- Demonstrate a commitment to accuracy and be able to work to strict deadlines;
- Take a creative, audience-first approach to your work, while utilising digital story-telling tools to enhance online content.
