The Opportunity :
Come and join our team! We are seeking a Community Disability Support Worker located in Success
You will be responsible for support a customer with daily living tasks, supporting them to live an independent and holistic life. Each day may look a little different but your work will be centered around the following :
- Providing support in everyday daily activities around the home
- Providing support with hygiene and personal care
- Assistance, support, and chaperoning activities outside the home environment
- Assisting with medication compliance which may include the dispensation of prescription medication
- Meal assistance which may include meal preparation
What shifts are we offering?
WK1 Monday 0700-0930
WK1 &2 Thursday 1730-2000
WK 1&2 Friday 0700-0930
WK 1&2 Friday 1730-2000
WK 2 Monday 0700-0930
