About the role
We are looking for a gun Branch Manager to join the growing team on a permanent, full time basis.
As an Elders Branch Manager, you will be entrusted to manage all aspects of branch operations and lead your team to achieve growth and exceed earning targets. Your innate team management skills will allow you to support sales staff and empower them to grow with the support of an experienced network.
We encourage applicants with rural sales experience, even without prior leadership roles, to apply for this exciting opportunity. On-the-job training will be provided to help you develop the skills needed to thrive in this leadership position.
Responsibilities
As a branch leader you will enjoy a day including :
Inspiring and motivating your team to maximise their potential
Building and maintaining unbreakable relationships with clients to provide personalised recommendations to strengthen the growth of their businesses
Hunt down new sales opportunities to strengthen Elders presence
Driving the marketing and promotion of all Elders products like you stole it
Prioritising the safety of your staff and clients, and actively contributing to Elders’ zero-harm culture
Coaching and mentoring staff in identifying and developing new sales opportunities
About you
To excel at Elders, you :
Have a proven track record in sales and / or team leadership with an understanding of agricultural services
Have a strong knowledge of retail, wool, livestock or real estate operations
Have a strong local client base
Are comfortable and thrive in a collaborative and agile working environment
Are resourceful, forward thinking and passionate about effecting real change for \your team, clients and the community
Understand that people are our most important asset
Have an ability to provide a high level of customer service and cultivate relationships with clients
Although a tertiary qualification is not essential, sound financial knowledge and strong business acumen is required
This role could be suited for a candidate with a high level of rural products experience
