About the role

As a Business Development Executive, you’ll help grow the business by managing and converting new leads. You’ll contact prospects from our marketing team’s phone and website enquiries, understand their needs, and offer the right insurance solutions. Your goal is to build strong, long‑term client relationships and turn opportunities into new business.

You’ll be part of a dynamic and collaborative team that values innovation, teamwork, and success. With Gallagher’s comprehensive training, mentoring, and ongoing support, you’ll have the tools and resources to excel in your role and build a rewarding career in the insurance industry.

What we’re looking for

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within insurance, banking, or finance
  • Individuals with a strong track record in sales or client acquisition across various industries are encouraged to apply
  • Adaptability and ability to work in high volume & high paced environment
  • Willingness to complete Tier 1 – Insurance Broking qualification (Gallagher supported)
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills
  • Effective communication skills
