The Role

We are looking for casual Personal Care Workers who are passionate about a person-centered approach to care, to join our facility in Wauchope. We offer both casual and permanent positions, with flexible hours and working arrangements.

You must be dedicated to working within the applicable quality standards, including the Aged Care Quality Standards and NDIS Practice Standards.

What you will do

Ensure a positive resident experience through a resident-first approach

Provide personal care in accordance with each resident’s needs and preferences

Complete care documentation, including progress notes and daily charts

Work collaboratively within a team

Undertake manual handling of residents safely and correctly

Report feedback and incidents

Provide safe, high-quality care in accordance with the Aged Care Quality Standards

Selection Criteria

Certificate III or Certificate IV in Aged Care (or equivalent)

Passion for delivering a person-centered approach to care

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work autonomously

Hold NDIS Worker Checks or willing to obtain
