Accounts Assistant Wanted!

Key Responsibilities :

Data Entry : Promptly enter creditor invoices into the system, ensuring accurate GL coding and hierarchy approval.

Payment Processing : Conduct payment runs as needed, including exporting aba files for management approval.

Journal Entries : Handle intercompany / prepayments / accrual / standing journals.

Reconciliations : Reconcile creditor statements and debtor accounts.

Credit Management : Manage creditor payment queries, set up new creditors, and prepare month / year-end reports.

Receipting & Reporting : Receipt debtor payments, distribute monthly debtor statements, and prepare weekly debtor reports for BDMs and management.

Customer Account Management : Follow up on outstanding debtor accounts and coordinate with customer account managers.

Stock & Reimbursement : Run and reconcile stock reports, process logbooks / reimbursements for BDMs, and assist in trial balance reconciliation.

About You :

You thrive in a collaborative team environment and are keen to contribute to a supportive and friendly workplace.

You have strong attention to detail and are skilled in managing accounts with accuracy and efficiency.

Experience with the Pronto system is a plus, but not essential.
