Job description

Monadelphous Mining and Mineral North West is seeking a Mobilisation Officer to join our Shutdown and Maintenance Workforce Management Team based in our Victoria Park Head Office. Reporting to the Workforce Management Team Lead, you will utilise your strong communication skills by liaising with various sites to ensure we meet operational requirements, with a focus on mobilisation, documentation and crew retention. Ideally you are passionate about customer service, take pride in your organisational skills and can foster communication between our site and Perth based teams. This is a full time opportunity, working Monday to Friday.

Working with Monadelphous offers many benefits, some of which include:

  • On the job training and support
  • Great entry‑level opportunity to gain experience within the industry
  • Working with our major client, Rio Tinto
  • Facilitated career growth and development opportunities

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinating ongoing travel arrangements for our employees
  • End to end tasks to facilitate smooth mobilisation and demobilisation staff
  • Organisation of onboarding inductions, training & medical requirements
  • Communication between operations, site and Perth based teams
  • Maintaining compliance records for our clients

What you’ll bring

  • At least 1 year of experience in mobilisation. Rio Tinto experience is preferred, but not essential
  • Strong interpersonal and computer based skills
  • Passion for working in a team environment
  • Sound knowledge of client requirements
  • Great attention to detail

We celebrate our diversity and shared values and are committed to inclusion and equal opportunities for all. We are committed to hiring locally, encourage people of all diverse backgrounds to apply and strongly encourage women and First Nations people to submit an application.
