Wodonga Animal Hospital in beautiful Victoria is seeking a Lead Veterinarian who has experience or is looking for that next step into an exciting new chapter!

Wodonga Animal Hospital :

With updates and improvements, you’ll be stepping into a well-equipped hospital and a team that is dedicated to exceptional animal care for the community.

Lead Veterinary Surgeon oversees the clinic’s clinical operations, ensuring high standards in assessing, diagnosing, and treatment. This role works closely with the Practice Manager, with both supporting the clinic & team.

Remuneration & Incentives :

Salary of up to $160,000 per annum. This will be based on clinical and leadership experience.

Retention incentive of up to $10,000

$5,000 at 6 months

$5,000 at 12 months

Relocation allowance to assist with your move – up to $10,000, where applicable.

$2,000 CPD allowance + 1-week paid study leave

Visa sponsorship available if you’re eligible

The opportunity : As a Lead Veterinary Surgeon you will support with the clinical operations and team! Also, ensuring high standards in assessing, diagnosing, and treatment. Your role works closely with the amazing Practice Manager’s, with both supporting the clinic & team alongside your support and suggestions.

You’re a compassionate and experienced Veterinarian

You thrive in a team environment and love to mentor and support

Take pride in clinical standards, and enjoy mentoring others

You’ll need Australian Vet Board registration

5+ years’ clinical experience

Leadership experience is a plus, but if you’re a Senior Vet ready to take the next step, we’d be happy to have a conversation.
