  • Assist in guiding junior kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking procedures and maintaining kitchen hygiene standards.

To be Successful in this Role, You Will Have

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Indian spices, ingredients, marinades and traditional cooking methods, including tandoor cooking.
  • Sound understanding of food safety, hygiene and safe food handling requirements, with the ability to maintain consistent food quality and presentation.
  • Ability to work efficiently and collaboratively in a fast-paced kitchen, prioritising multiple food preparation and cooking tasks during busy service periods.
