Key Responsibilities :

Financial Reporting & Compliance – Assist with month-end reporting, financial statements, and tax compliance.Management Accounting – Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to aid strategic business decisions.Accounts & Reconciliations – Work on balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, and general ledger maintenance.Stakeholder Engagement – Liaise with internal teams and external auditors to support business operations.Process Improvement – Identify ways to streamline accounting functions and enhance efficiency.Commercial Exposure – Gain insights into business performance analysis and strategic financial planning.About You :

Degree qualified in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Studying or planning to complete CA or CPA.1–3 years of business services or public practice accounting experience.Strong technical accounting knowledge and attention to detail.Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.Eager to transition into a commercial role and grow within a business.
