My client is embarking on an exciting CRM transformation journey and is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator for a 12-month contract starting in early August.

This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a brand-new Salesforce Org, working closely with stakeholders across the business to design and implement effective processes, drive system improvements, and deliver real business outcomes.

About The Role

As the Salesforce Administrator, you will be instrumental in building a new CRM environment from the ground up. You will work cross-functionally to streamline operations, improve data accuracy, and develop solutions that increase efficiency and speed to market.

Key Responsibilities Include

Building and maintaining Salesforce dashboards, reports, and automated workflowsLeading the deployment of a new Salesforce OrgMaintaining database integrity and performing data cleansingIntegrating and managing tools such as Just Call (phone system) and Pardot (marketing automation)Documenting current processes and mapping future improvementsIdentifying and implementing opportunities for process optimisationDeveloping cross-functional workflows to improve team efficiencyCommunicating changes and system enhancements to internal stakeholdersSupporting business improvement initiatives and general sales administration, including tenders

About You

The successful candidate will bring a collaborative, proactive approach and a strong foundation in Salesforce administration. You'll be comfortable managing competing priorities, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and driving improvements through technology and process.

To Be Considered, You Will Ideally Have

Demonstrated experience in Salesforce administration (dashboards, reports, workflows, data cleansing)Exposure to or experience with Pardot (highly regarded)Familiarity with integrated phone systems such as Just CallExperience using Python (desirable but not essential)Proven ability to design and document business systems and processesStrong verbal and written communication skillsHigh attention to detail, excellent time management, and a can-do attitudeA customer-focused, business improvement mindset with the initiative to identify and solve problems
