- The role will see you
- Manage the Communications Strategy and Roadmap for Personalisation
- Bridge business strategy to personalised execution
- Leverage insights and data to drive performance
- Engage senior internal stakeholders with impactful data led recommendations
- Work collaboratively with our brand marketing experts to deliver engaging and successful personalised campaigns
- Develop, lead, and facilitate workshops
- To be successful in this role you will be required to have
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills across all levels
- Highly developed interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with a strong customer focus and the ability to understand issues, manage expectations, gain agreement, and enable solutions
- Demonstrated experience with customer data combined with an analytical approach
- An organised and structured delivery mindset
- Operational management of marketing campaign planning, production, and execution

This role will report into our Head of Personalisation - Jennifer Clarke. You will deliver our future roadmap for personalised customer messages, leveraging insights, and a philosophy of continuous test and learn to identify new opportunities to excite and delight our members. This is a senior level role in our business that will work cross functionally, converting insights into action!
