AndersElite Professional RecruitmentAustraliaWe are currently looking for a Change Manager to join our State Government client, located in Perth, WA.
The Department is coordinating a suite of digital changes including the implementation of new digital systems and the update of existing systems and associated working practice changes. These programs have commenced, with some new systems already implemented, and others not likely to be ready until mid-late 2026.
The Change Manager will assist with ongoing digital transformations and work practice changes.
Required :
- A change manager who is experienced in assisting people during digital transformations and process changes.
- A legal background, or knowledge of the WA justice system would be helpful but is not a requirement.
- Any successful candidate requires a WA police clearance
Working Hours :
Approximate hours would be 7-10 hours / week for a period of 3 months, with the possibility of extension. The earliest this position will be required from is April 2025.
