LARGELY WFH YOU WILL BE EXPECTED TO BE ABLE TO COME IN TO THE OFFICE IN SYDNEY ONCE OR TWICE A MONTH About the Role :

As aRemote Clinical Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the wellbeing of home care clients by providing expert clinical oversight, triaging health concerns, and delivering high-quality virtual support. Working from home, you'll be part of a dynamic clinical team focused on enhancing the lives of older Australians.

What You'll Be Doing :

Managing theclinical inbox and task listto ensure timely support

Triagingcustomer health and wellbeing notes, identifying and responding to deterioration

CompletingValidated Assessment Tools (VATs)andComprehensive Nursing Assessments (CNAs)

Providingclinical guidanceto internal teams through scheduled consultations

Conductingclinical reviewsand formulating recommendations for client wellbeing

Supporting clients and families inpalliative careand advance care planning

Responding toclinical escalations, incidents, and complaints

Ensuring compliance with theAged Care ActandAged Care Quality Standards

What We're Looking For :

• Registered Nurse (AHPRA) with relevant tertiary qualifications
• Experience inHome and Community Care, Aged Care, or Disability
• Strong clinical assessment and case management skills
• CurrentFirst Aid Certificate
• Excellentcommunication and customer service skills
• Tech-savvywith the ability to work efficiently in a remote setting
• Full Australian Driver's License and access to an insured vehicle (for occasional site visits, if needed)
