The Business Development Manager is a pivotal role within the Cargo Crew business. It is responsible for driving new business growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities. This role will focus on outbound lead generation, strategic partnerships, and expanding our footprint within key priority segments. This role requires strong sales acumen, a curious mind, solid sales experience, a hunter and collaborator approach and most importantly a passion for creating memorable customer experiences. In addition to seeking new business opportunities and achieving revenue targets, this role is expected to deliver exceptional client solutions, seek industry expertise, engage in networking opportunities, exemplify value focused propositions and foster long-term client relationships. Stakeholder engagement is critical both internal and external to deliver outbound strategic opportunities
