Great opportunity for a strong Administration with experience in the Residential Construction space, looking for a part-time role!

Our Client

Join a well-established, family-operated residential builder with over 40 years of local experience. With a strong reputation for high-quality custom homes and a genuinely supportive culture, they are looking to add a Building Administrator to their growing team.

This is a part-time role (3 or 4 days), based at their Geelong office.

The Role

  • Managing contract variations and uploading documentation into construction systems (e.g. Click Homes)
  • Supporting council approvals, permits, and asset protection requirements
  • Preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions for weekly site meetings
  • Supporting OHS compliance, including documentation tracking and system administration
  • Coordinating handover documentation, including warranties and client handover packs
  • Managing maintenance workflows, including 3-month maintenance inspections and trade coordination
  • Providing reception and general administrative support when required

About you

  • At least 3-5 years' administrative experience in the construction space
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with MS Office packages (essential) and ClickHomes (desirable)
  • Cert IV Occupational Health & Safety (desirable)
