About the Role As a Psychologist at Bupa, you'll be a pivotal part of ourteam, shaping the future of mental health services with Mindplace. Thisrole is a patient-facing clinical position where you will be seeing Bupacustomers and others who wish to utilise the Bupa services. This is anopportunity to drive meaningful change and innovate new ways to support mentalhealth journeys throughout Australia.
We have 6 new locations : GeorgeStreet, Sydney CBDSouthYarra, MelbourneSeaforth, Sydney (August 2025)Newstead, Brisbane (August 2025)Further to our current locations, there is future growth as we work towards our goal of 60 Mindplace clinics nationally, ensuring the access to support throughout Australia. Conductcomprehensive psychological assessments, diagnose mental healthconditions, and provide evidence-based therapiesDeveloppersonalized treatment plans based on assessments and patient needsMaintainaccurate and up-to-date documentation of patient interactions, treatmentplansBuildand sustain collaborative relationships with referring healthcareproviders to strengthen patient referral networks and support practicegrowthCoordinatewith external providers to fulfil service requests within an establishedprocedural frameworkThese are permanent positions that can adapt to your currentschedule, from 2 – 5 days per week. Relevanttertiary qualification in Psychology or a Master's / Doctorate in ClinicalPsychology.GeneralRegistration with the Psychology Board of Australia, with ClinicalPsychology endorsement and substantial experience in mental health care.5+years of recent clinical experience.Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships withclients and colleagues.Advancedclinical expertise in mental health services.Experiencedelivering high-quality care and fostering innovation in service delivery.Join us and be part of an organisation that's fullycommitted to making a difference.
