We are seeking a qualified Electrical Engineering Draftsperson to join our team in Kirrawee, NSW.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop detailed electrical drawings and technical documentation using CAD software.
2. Produce electrical layouts, schematics and diagrams for switchboards and control panels
3. Assist engineers and project managers with electrical system design and drafting
4. Ensure drawings comply with relevant Australian Standards, technical specifications, and project requirements.
5. Review and revise drawings based on project changes, engineering feedback, and site conditions.
6. Coordinate with project managers, electricians, and manufacturing teams to ensure accurate documentation for installation and fabrication.
7. Maintain drawing registers and documentation throughout project lifecycle.

Requirements

1. Diploma in Electrical Engineering or higher
2. At least 2 years of experience in electrical drafting
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD software.
4. Knowledge of electrical systems, switchboards, and control panels.
5. Understanding of relevant Australian Standards and electrical regulations.
6. Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical specifications.
7. Good communication and teamwork skills.
