- The Opportunity
Due to an internal promotion, we are now seeking an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to support the budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting and analysis that supplements financial decisions of the ENGIE ANZ Executive Leadership Team.
The FP&A Analyst will support continuous improvement activities by identifying and delivering enhancements across ENGIE ANZ finance reporting tools and processes, contributing to the vision for Finance Excellence in budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
The role is accountable to the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager and the role can be worked flexibly between home and our Southbank office - hybrid work model.
To be successful in this role, you will have relevant experience working on process design and reengineering of budgeting / forecasting and monthly reporting. You will have sound technical skills in accounting and finance and project / change management and organisational skills
You will have excellent financial acumen and able to make sense of complex, high quantity and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems. You are able ensure accountability and able to drive results, whilst working collaboratively with others.
You are action-oriented and collaborative in your approach and possess excellent communication skills.
Experience within the utilities industry highly regarded
