- About the role
- Support recruitment and selection administration as well as assist with inductions and onboarding of new hires.
- Maintain the HR filing and documentation system in line with QA and best practice requirements accurately and efficiently.
- Provide support to employees with the end-to-end employment lifecycle, delivering on operational HR processes including induction, onboarding, and termination administration.
- Provide administrative support for coordination of training and development, wellbeing and volunteer activities.
- Ensure all non-payroll data is entered and maintained in the company HRIS and that it is complete, accurate and reliable.
- Assist with the provision of HR reporting and data as requested from the business, where appropriate.
- Coordinate the delivery of reward & recognition documentation and gifts.
- Support the implementation of HR projects and initiatives such as Diversity and Inclusion and Wellbeing programs.
- Provide other administration support such as ad-hoc project work, event coordination, and recruitment administration support.
- About You
- Strong communication skills and professional attitude;
- Ability to adapt and be agile day-to-day;
- Ability to handle sensitive information and uphold confidentiality;
- Qualification in
- Human Resources, Commerce,
- Business Management
- or similar;
- Previous experience in a similar HR role or administration position is highly regarded;
- Current valid Driver's Licence in South Australia (provisional or full)
- Ability to undergo a pre-employment medical and police clearance prior to commencing

We are offering a unique opportunity for a recent Human Resources graduate to join our team on a full-time basis, contributing to our collaborative Human Resources department.
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will work closely with the team, to support both administrative and operational outcomes.
