Join Green Leaves Early Learning Clarkson as a Kitchen Hand to support the Centre Chef and bring culinary creativity to children.
Responsibilities
Use culinary skills to prepare nutritious meals and purees, meeting dietary requirements for babies and children.
Greet families with a warm, friendly smile and serve barista-made coffees and freshly baked treats (barista training provided).
Provide culinary classes alongside the Centre Chef and Educators.
Maintain a clean, safe kitchen in accordance with Food and Council Authority requirements and Green Leaves Early Learning Standards.
Support the kitchen in running smoothly using time-management and communication skills.

Qualifications
Current Food Safety Certificate.
Current State-relevant Working with Children Check.
Current Child Protection Training.
Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates.
Experience cooking for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years.
Availability to work
- hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Willingness to step into the Chef's role when absent (6 : 30 am–2 : 30 pm).
Location
Green Leaves Early Learning, Clarkson, Perth, Western Australia.
