On Offer : Opportunity for remote work or flexibility to come into offices throughout SydneyManager Bonus SchemeThe role : As the Occupational Therapy Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Occupational Therapists across the state, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality, person-centred services to NDIS participants. Your role includes direct line management of Team Leads and clinicians, with a strong focus on clinical standards, operational performance, team culture, and stakeholder relationships. You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, quality assurance, and professional development while promoting collaboration and connection across both in-person and remote teams.
In addition to your leadership responsibilities, you will manage a clinical caseload of six hours per week to maintain a connection with frontline service delivery and contribute to overall team productivity. You will also be responsible for managing a state-based budget, monitoring financial performance, and supporting your teams to meet utilisation and revenue targets. You'll oversee clinical capacity planning, referral allocation, and workforce planning to ensure timely and efficient service delivery, while working closely with internal stakeholders to manage risk, performance, and compliance.
