Dr Alan Burrow Optometry are looking for a passionate Optical Receptionist to join our practice on a part-time basis.
If you love being the calm, organised face of a practice and enjoy helping patients feel welcome from the moment they walk in, this could be your ideal reception role - optical experience welcome but not essential.
What We’re Looking For
You’ll be the welcoming face of our practice - so we’re after someone who is confident, caring, and organised. Ideally, you’ll have :
- 2+ years of experience in office administration or reception
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to delivering outstanding patient service
- A professional and polished presentation
- Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Great time management and the ability to multitask
- A willingness to learn and grow in the role
Optical experience is highly regarded but not essential. We’ll provide full training in optical dispensing for the right candidate.
