Your Impactful Contribution : As our new Consumer Banking Associate, you'll be the friendly, expert face and voice of UFS, delivering an unparalleled client experience. You'll be instrumental in :

Providing exceptional end-to-end service to our valued clients, both in person and over the phone.Upholding 100% compliance with all regulatory standards and UFS policies.Seamlessly handling core banking operations, from drawdowns and settlements to loan maintenance and rate settings.Translating client feedback into actionable improvements, enhancing our product and service offerings.Managing crucial processes like audit certificates, corporate cards, merchant facilities, and guarantee applications.Efficiently resolving and advising on rejected / dishonored items.What We're Looking For : Recent, hands-on experience in a client-facing sales and service role within the Australian financial services industry, engaging with both retail and wholesale clients.Outstanding interpersonal skills – you're confident, empathetic, and excellent at building rapport, even with sensitive issues.A strong command of financial services regulations and a commitment to compliant, high-quality service.Why Choose UFS?
